The film, which brings to life centuries of Venetian glassmaking tradition through artificial intelligence, was chosen among 11 finalists from a competitive field of 344 AI-powered submissions worldwide.

“Murano Chronicles” offers a unique perspective on Venice’s rich cultural heritage, taking viewers on an enchanting journey through time. Set in a Murano glass furnace, the film brings to life various glass artifacts crafted between the 14th and 20th centuries, each sharing its unique story during a magical night. This innovative approach combines meticulous historical research with advanced AI technology to recreate atmospheric scenes from different centuries, offering fresh perspectives on Venice’s storied past.
