Elena Sparacino
Author and Editor
As a multidisciplinary author for 15 years, Elena honed her playwriting craft at the Civica Scuola Paola Grassi in Milan and the National Academy of Dramatic Arts Silvio d’Amico in Rome, with the aim of contributing to socially impactful theatre.
At Mondo Novo, she has unearthed a novel form of dialogue with audiovisual language, applying a dramaturg’s approach to AI-supported visual generation. Her writing delves into unexplored human depths, trawling through the thickness of renowned artists’ existences. These areas are often untouched but, echoing the Guerrilla Girls’ words, «if you are not creating, you are simply consuming. Create with courage». Courage has since been a constant companion.
Elena is also a Senior Strategist at AKQA, a global front-runner in digital and design that addresses real-world challenges by fostering synergy between science, technology, and creativity. She especially has experience in enabling meaningful creative work through insights that guarantee consistent experiences throughout the entire journey.
Luzia Ribeiro da Costa
Storyteller and writer
Luzia, born in 1992 in Italy, is a passionate storyteller and writer who discovered her love for the written word at a young age. Her journey began with scribbling thoughts in the margins of her childhood books, a habit that blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of storytelling.
A finalist in the prestigious Premio Campiello Giovani in 2011, Luzia’s talent for crafting narratives was recognized early in her career. She honed her skills through formal education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, followed by a Master’s degree in Publishing and Journalism from the University of Verona.
Currently, Luzia applies her creative prowess as a forward-thinking marketing manager at Luxottica, specializing in art and lifestyle. In this role, she adeptly navigates budgets and leads teams to drive innovative digital strategies. Her expertise lies in developing 360-degree content that weaves captivating brand stories across various touch-points, always infusing creativity and passion into every project.
